Wave gymnastics has a high level competitive team. We compete levels 3-9, NGA or USAG. Our Philosophy is to coach competitive gymnastics with an keeping in mind 'work life balance' for practice. We believe you can compete at a high level while still participating in school and family activities. Team gymnastics is by invite only.
